Rob had recently completed a beautiful colonial home renovation in the Centro, and now he needed some furniture to make it his home.
Here are Rob’s own words:
“Claudia and Chris made a king-size four-poster canopy bed for us. I wanted something very simple but something that would still make a statement. When I spoke with Claudia, she mentioned looking for a picture online and submitting it to them so they could see exactly what I wanted.
They quoted me a very reasonable price and the bed was delivered and installed 7 days later. The bed was identical to the photograph I had shown them (save for some height changes).
They created a beautiful custom product that was exactly what I asked for (and I can be quite picky). The construction and craftsmanship of the finished product was outstanding. We are extremely pleased with the result and highly recommend the services of Yucatan Custom Furniture. Very professional, timely and on budget!!
I will definitely be using them again especially knowing that they can re-create any piece of furniture I see online, but am unable to get here in Merida.
They’ve saved our home from a life of cheap bamboo and plastic-wicker furniture.

As he mentioned there were a few modifications that he requested, such as raising the height of the canopy, lowering the height of the footboard, raising the height of the headboard, and using non-tapered legs
