“While furnishing our home in Merida, we found THE PERFECT antique dining table at J&K Antiques on Calle 66. The downside was that there were no chairs to match. We found Claudia through Yolisto and she and her brother came to our home to look over the antique table. I’m thrilled to say that not only did they custom design and deliver six of the most beautiful chairs I’ve ever seen, but they also replicated the intricate dining table sunburst design on 4 swivel barstools for our kitchen!
I am still amazed at how they were able to so successfully match the aged appearance of the antique table by distressing and staining the mahogany (termite resistant, too!). Not only was the price exceptionally reasonable, considering the detailed work, but Claudia made 100% sure we were in love with the chairs and barstools before final payment.
